TA/DA will be borne by participants/sponsoring Higher Education Institute only.

MMTTC will provide hospitality (including boarding, tea & snacks and a working lunch).

There is no registration fee for attending the programmes of MMTTC.
Instructions for Provisionally Selected MMTTC Participants

Faculty members working in Universities and Colleges that are included under Section 2(f) of the UGC Act, even
though they may not yet fit under Section 12(B), may be invited to participate in the Orientation Course/FIP and Refresher Courses. The teachers of colleges that do not yet
come within the purview of Section 2(f), but have been affiliated to a University for at least 05 years, will be permitted to participate in the courses.

The course will run regularly from 9.30 to 4.30 p.m. on all working days (Monday to Saturday). There is no provision of any leave during the
course.
UGC-MMTTC has a Hostel for stay of participants

Lodging arrangements for the outstation participants will be made strictly on first-come first-served
basis. In case the MMTTC Hostel is already fully booked they may have to make their own lodging arrangements.

Lodging arrangements are only for participants.

The Hostel facilities are basic.

Only mattresses, pillows, bed-sheets and one blanket will be provided by MMTTC.

Weather in Chandigarh during November-March is cold.

Hostel residents should bring their own lock & key.
