Important Note:

Application /NOC have to be submitted through the UGC-MMTTP portal https://mmc.ugc.ac.in only.

The steps to apply are as following:Go to the UGC-MMTTP portal https://mmc.ugc.ac.in/registration/Index Register yourself and then Login with User Id/Password, then click on "Apply for Other Programmes" then click on "Apply For" then select (Refresher Course /Short Term Programme etc.), then click on "Program Name & Center Name" and then select "Panjab University with course date", then upload "NOC" as received from the competent authority and then click on "Submit".
