 Important Instructions:

  • How to Register & Apply for Faculty Induction Programme /Refresher Course /Short Term Programme etc.

Application /NOC have to be submitted through the UGC-MMTTP portal https://mmc.ugc.ac.in only.

The steps to apply are as following:

Go to the UGC-MMTTP portal https://mmc.ugc.ac.in/registration/Index Register yourself and then Login with User Id/Password, then click on "Apply for Other Programmes" then click on "Apply For" then select (Refresher Course /Short Term Programme etc.), then click on "Program Name & Center Name" and then select "Panjab University with course date", then upload "NOC" as received from the competent authority and then click on "Submit".

Note: Upload the "No Objection Certificate" (NOC) on UGC-MMTTP portal as received from the competent authority /Principal on official letterhead only.

  • How to Register & Apply for NEP 2020 Orientation & Sensitization Programme.

Application /Nomination Letter have to be submitted through the UGC-MMTTP portal https://mmc.ugc.ac.in only.

The steps to apply are as following:

Go to the UGC-MMTTP portal https://mmc.ugc.ac.in/registration/Index Register yourself and then Login with User Id/Password, then click on "Apply for NEP theme Training" and then select "Panjab University, Chandigarh" as a Centre and then click on "Search" tab after that upload the "Nomination Letter" as received from the competent authority and then click on "Participate".

  1. Join Session /Meeting tab will be available on "My NEP Theme Training" tab at the left side of the UGC-MMTTP portal dashboard so login with your registered User Id/Pssword.

Note: Upload the "Nomination Letter" on UGC-MMTTP portal as received from the competent authority /Principal on official letterhead only.
