All residents are required to maintain standards of behavior expected from educated gentry.

Lodging arrangement for the outstation
participants are strictly on first-come-first-served basis. In case the MMTTC Hostel is already fully booked they may have to make their own lodging arrangements.

Lodging arrangements are only for participants.

No catering service is provided by UGC-Malaviya Mission Teacher Training
Centre (MMTTC).

The rooms, corridors and surroundings should be kept clean and hygienic.

Residents are expected to be in the Hostel by 10 P.M. If any resident wishes to be away from the hostel during the weekend he/she must inform the
MMTTC.

Smoking and consumption of alcoholic drinks and/or narcotic drugs in the Hostel premises is strictly prohibited. PU Campus is a smoke free campus and
Chandigarh is a smoke free city.

Kindly switch off the fans/lights/AC/Geysers and also turn off the taps when not in use.

Keep your valuables locked and secured all the time. Do not hand over the keys
of your room to any MMTTC staff or other persons.

The Hostel facilities are basic.

Only mattresses, pillows, bed-sheets and one blanket will be provided by MMTTC.

Weather in Chandigarh during November-March is cold.

Hostel residents should bring their own lock & key.

Any suggestion/recommendation/feedback/complaint or grievance can be conveyed to the MMTTC office.
