Important Instructions:

Application /No Objection Certificate (NOC) have to be submitted through the UGC-MMTTP portal https://mmc.ugc.ac.in only.

The steps to apply are as following:

Go to the UGC-MMTTP portal https://mmc.ugc.ac.in/registration/Index Register yourself and then Login with User Id /Password, then click on "Apply for Other Programmes" then click on "Apply For" then select (Refresher Course /Short Term Course etc.), then click on "Program Name & Center Name" and then select "Panjab University with course date", than upload "NOC" as received from the competent authority and then click on "Submit".

Please Note: Upload the "No Objection Certificate" (NOC) on UGC-MMTTP portal as received from the competent authority /Principal on official letterhead only.

No Objection Certificate: "NOC" for Participants of FIP/RC/STP/NEP etc.
